This is the latest (for me, JustGreg) official nvidia video driver, 256.35.  It is for the kernel 2.6.34.1, used by Slack Puppy 040 only.  It is best to start from an xorg configuration using the VESA driver. One has to use nvidia-xconfig to complete the installation and xwin to start the use of the new driver.  It also includes the nvidia-settings tool to change the driver settings. There is also the documentation package in /root/nvidia-info.txt.
